Rights, Responsibilities & Platform Policies

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as stated:

• "AcePlay" refers to the online entertainment platform operating under the domain aceplay.vu, including all services, features, and content provided.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who registers and uses the aceplay platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by the User on the aceplay platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in the User's Account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, promotions, or complimentary benefits granted by aceplay to the User.
• "Wagering" refers to any gaming or betting activity conducted using funds in the Account.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by AcePlay.

In cases of ambiguity, AcePlay's interpretation is final and binding.

To register and use the aceplay platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Being an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative or agent of a third party.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or any list of individuals prohibited by a relevant regulatory body.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction where online betting activities are prohibited.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account registration at aceplay is free and open to all eligible individuals. During registration, you are required to:

• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, identification number, and active email address.
• Providing a valid mobile number for two-factor authentication purposes.
• Choosing a strong password and keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Completing the KYC process when required, including uploading valid identification documents.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts using different information — whether under a different name, phone number, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a serious violation of these terms.

AcePlay accepts deposits via multiple payment methods supported by the platform, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All financial transactions are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to keep your data secure.

Regarding deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set for each payment method and may vary based on the user's account level.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering activity within the AcePlay platform.
• AcePlay reserves the right to decline or hold any deposit that raises suspicion of illegal activity.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Your first withdrawal can only be processed after the KYC process has been fully completed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits are set according to account level and can be reviewed in your account settings.
• AcePlay processes withdrawals within the specified timeframe, subject to internal compliance checks.
• Withdrawals that cannot be processed due to incorrect information will be returned to the account, and a processing fee may be charged.

AcePlay offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses that are not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled, a maximum bet limit applies to each round or hand. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Game Exclusion: Some games may not count, or may only partially count, toward bonus wagering requirements. The list of included or excluded games is specified in each bonus's terms and conditions.
• One Bonus Per Account: Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, IP address, device, or household.

All games on the aceplay platform operate according to the rules set for each game. Specific rules for each game can be found in the help section or game information panel.

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified to ensure fairness.
• Game results are final once a round or match is completed. No review requests will be accepted after results are locked.
• If a technical disruption occurs during gameplay, aceplay will use system records to determine the game status. If the outcome cannot be recovered, the wager will be returned to the user's account.
• For live dealer games, the rules announced by the dealer during the session apply.
• AcePlay reserves the right to remove or modify any game on the platform without prior notice.

Aceplay users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing third parties to access your account.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means to make deposits.
• Filing unauthorized chargebacks through third-party payment providers.
• Spreading false or misleading information about aceplay to other users.
• Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the security or integrity of the platform.

AcePlay reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• The user violates any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• The user provides false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• The user voluntarily requests account closure.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the aceplay support team. Prior to closure, all eligible fund balances will be processed for withdrawal once a compliance review is completed.

AcePlay provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or data loss at all times.

• AcePlay is not liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or processing delays beyond our reasonable control.
• Betting results that have been locked and confirmed by the system are final. aceplay is not responsible for betting errors made by users.
• AcePlay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses experienced by users.
• Aceplay's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's account at the relevant time.

Protecting your personal data is a priority for aceplay. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Privacy Policy of ours, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.
