Account security is a shared responsibility between the platform and its members. AcePlay invests in high-grade security infrastructure to ensure every login session is protected from unauthorized access. However, there are a few simple steps you can take on your end to further strengthen your account protection.

A weak password is the most common cause of online account compromise. Use a long password — at least 12 characters — combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using birthdays, names, or easily guessed numbers.

AcePlay also supports two-factor authentication (2FA), which sends an OTP code to your phone number whenever a login attempt is made from a new device or unfamiliar location. We strongly encourage all members to enable this feature in their account settings.

Signs of Suspicious Account Activity

If you receive a login notification you did not initiate, notice an unexpected change in your account balance, or get a transaction confirmation email for something you did not do — contact the AcePlay support team immediately. We can temporarily lock your account and investigate any suspicious activity in a short time.

Also remember to always log out of your account when using a shared device, and never save your password in the browser on a public computer or someone else's device.
